Everyone at Christy's office is friendly, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with questions or claims. I love the annual review where I can stay up to date with insurance coverages and changes. I also love the discounts available for safe driving, having insurance for car and home and f or taking a safe driving course or buying hail resistant shingles. Yes, you can probably find a lower rate but be careful because you get what you pay for and when you have a claim is not the time to find out the difference in coverages and companies."
